Our Mission

Our role in the community is to partner with people and organizations involved in projects and programs that work toward successful kids, secure families and a strong community by granting funds that support initiatives.

The Richfield Foundation is 501(c)3 organization run by people who care about the future of our community. Join with us by volunteering, making a financial donation or attending our events.

Susan Russell Freeman to speak at foundation dinner - VEAP's execute director to retire in april 2015

Richfield Foundation's Annual Dinner to be held on Friday, April 10 at Bloomington Knights of Columbus.

The Richfield Foundation is pleased to welcome Susan Russell Freeman to its annual dinner. Ms. Freeman, who has worked with VEAP since 1976 will share her observations about the growth of the agency from a small grassroots outreach to Minnesota's largest food shelf and a leading human services agency in the community. The public is invited to attend.


Dinner reservations may be made by contacting Lynnette Chambers at LChambers@cityofrichfield.org by March 27. Guests may choose beef, chicken, walleye or vegetarian entree selections.

Apply for a Great Ideas Matching Grant from the Richfield Foundation. Designed for smaller grassroots organizations, this grant program matches funds up to $1000.00.for great ideas that make a different in our community.
